BAI performed an entire gut of an entire floor in an old “Mill” style building, totaling about 3000 SF. The interior renovation work consisted of the removal of the majority of existing office walls to provide an open floor-plan for the tenant. Work also involved stripping the existing column’s to expose their natural wood to correspond with the proposed design of a “rustic” loft space. Additionally, BAI removed the acoustical ceiling to reveal the original tin ceiling throughout the bulk of the space. Re-work of existing MEPs was achieved for the “loft” space look with an exposed ceiling.
