Barletta Associates, Inc. (BAI), was established in 1995 by Rob Barletta.
From our humbled beginnings, BAI started with Rob performing all aspects of running a business as well as all of the duties of being a General Contractor to now having sufficient Office support staff, Project Managers, Job Superintendents, Carpenters and Laborers, while still providing a very efficient overhead cost structure to our Clients “Bottom Line”. Our employees have grown with BAI almost from the beginning, just like our valued Clients. BAI still maintains its longstanding current relations with its Clients.
We began as a General Contractor providing Tenant Office fit-up’s. While we still perform Tenant Office fit-ups, we have completed and continue to work on numerous Tech Start-up Companies and Medical Projects today.
The same holds true with our respected Sub Contractors. BAI engages with only a select few Sub Contractors each per Sub Trade group. This allows the entire construction team, (Client, Design Group, BAI and Sub Contractors) to perform the Projects, efficiently, with quality workmanship and on-time delivery of the Project within or under budget. We build upon this foundation on every Project.
Our appreciated Clients include, Foxrock Properties, Lincoln Property Company, Synergy Investments, South Shore Hospital, South Shore Medical Center, Atrius\Granite Medical Group, Newbury Comics, Related Beal, and King Associates. These Clients represent continued multiple Projects for BAI.
